Please read our terms of service carefully, and make sure you understand them before using our site. We have attempted to make these terms as fair, user-friendly, and forthright as possible. 1.) AGREEMENT TO USER POLICY, ACCEPTING TERMS OF SERVICE:

Before using any of the ©Black Masquerade Resources services, and/or content brought upon or created by this website, you are required to read the Terms of Service carefully and in full.
If you proceed to use any of our services, and/or content, you are therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you are NOT allowed to use any of the services, and/or content found on, or created by the ©Black Masquerade Resources site.
©Black Masquerade Resources reserves the right to change, or modify the Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion, and judgement. A notification will be posted via our Tumblr page, and it is the responsibility of the user (YOU), to read any modifications, and to execute accordingly.

2.) USAGE OF SERVICES/CONTENT & CREDIT:

Any service, content, information and it’s counterparts created by and/or brought forth by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff may not be reproduced, and or modified under any circumstance; (unless prior specified). This applies to any content and/or service you find on ‘this tumblr’ site, and all other outlet sites used by ©Black Masquerade Resources such as DeviantArt, YouTube, Roleplayer.me, etc.
DO NOT claim any of the services and/or content provided by ©Black Masquerade Resources as your own. Credit should go solely to ©Black Masquerade Resources, unless otherwise indicated by us.
- IMAGES/GRAPHICS USE: Any image and/or graphic created by us, come with their individual tag crediting us here at ©Black Masquerade Resources. Please DO NOT remove, cover, blur or otherwise obstruct visibility of said tag.
  
  Also, our images and graphics may not be reproduced, shared, or put on another premade, resources, help site, or other form of arts & graphics sites. They are for personal use, and Roleplaying purposes ONLY.
- CODES: Majority of the codes have either been created by, and/or modified by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff. These codes modified and/or created by us will be cited with our site name within the code itself. If you wish to offer this code on a site of your own, please credit ©Black Masquerade Resources by either mentioning us, and/or linking back to us.
  
  Other codes that do not have the citing with our name on it may be taken and shared wherever you’d like. We did not make these codes, and therefore claim no right to them.
- LAYOUTS/STYLE SHEETS: All layouts/style sheets created by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff may NOT be shared, reproduced, and or otherwise put on another premade, coding, help, or other form of resource sites.
  
  Each layout comes with it’s individual Credit button linking back to our Roleplayer.me page. You may remove this if you wish, but please put credit elsewhere on your page by either mentioning, or linking back to us. Layouts may be modified to each person’s individual taste and/or likes; but credit must always be available.
  
  Some of our layouts come with graphics incorporated within them, such as banners and wallpapers, you may remove and replace these with your own if you’d like. But if you continue to use the already provided graphics, please DO NOT modify, or tamper with graphics. Also, DO NOT obstruct the visibility of the tag found upon each banner and wallpaper.
- DOWNLOADABLES: All downloadable content found on this site were made by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff. Please DO NOT claim as your own, and do not post or offer our downloadables on any other site or venue. These downloadables are for personal use ONLY.
- ALL OTHER CONTENT: All other content provided, and/or created by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff may not be reproduced, and/or otherwise shared through any other site or venue. Also, they may not be tampered or modified with.

You are not required to notify us when you use our services and/or content. But you may if you’d like.

3.) USER PRIVACY, PRIVACY TERMS:

The ©Black Masquerade Resources staff will never ask you for any personal information such as login information, passwords, address, phone numbers, etc. So please DO NOT send us any personal information what-so-ever, we have no use for it.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to be a part of the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff, and they are asking you for such personal information DO NOT send them the information they seek; and notify us immediately. This would be a case where someone would pretend to be a ©Black Masquerade Resources staff member, so don’t be fooled. Keep in mind that we would never ask you for such information.

4.) USER CONDUCT:

We are very friendly individuals, and would never seek to disrespect, insult, or otherwise belittle or degrade anyone for any purpose. So in turn, we hope that YOU the user will grant us that same common courtesy. DO NOT approach us in a hostile, or antagonistic manner. And please do not harass, insult, badger, or bully any or all ©Black Masquerade Resources staff members. If you approach us in a pleasant manner, we will be more inclined to help you in a quicker, more productive way.
We reserve the right to deny service to any individual that does approach us in the aforesaid insulting, badgering, harassing, or bullying nature. Antagonism will NOT be tolerated!

5.) HATE FREE/DRAMA FREE SITE:

©Black Masquerade Resources is a hate free site. We will never judge, or refuse service to an individual due to their gender, race, age, religion/creed, sexual orientation, or any other personal trait. So, black, white, gay, straight, Catholic, Jewish, or whatever you may be or believe in is none of our concern, and therefore will not skew our intent to help you. It is a big beautiful world, full of different types of people. And we wish to embrace the beauty within each persons individuality and differences. So NEVER let anyone, let it be online or in person bring you down or belittle you for who you are. Be proud, and grant others the same privilege to be who they are. Live and let live. So on that note, please feel free to contact us for any reason you may have. We will help you to the best of our abilities, with whatever you may need.

Also, ©Black Masquerade Resources is a drama free site; meaning that we will never slander, defame, or bring down any other site or individual for any purpose what-so-ever. We will not find ourselves in any conflict, feud, or controversy. We prefer to keep ourselves the neutral party simply because we prefer peace not only for our staff, but for our users as well. With that said, DO NOT ask us to repost, reblog, advertise, or put up any information or content that would hurt, slander, defame, or bring down the reputation of any site and/or individual. We will ignore any such request.

6.) UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT/REQUEST:

The following content and request are unacceptable, and will be ignored by the ©Black Masquerade Resources staff:
- ADULT, PORNOGRAPHIC, XXX RATED CONTENT: Any content which portrays any tasteless explicit nudity, sexual intercourse and the like will not be added to our database.
- VIOLENCE PROMOTING CONTENT: Any content that portrays real life violence against any individual, animal/creature, and/or to property or nature will not be tolerated, and will not be added to our database. This includes but is not limited to themes such as domestic violence, suicide, animal abuse, child/elderly abuse, blatant destruction of property and/or nature, and the like.
- GRUESOME, NECROPHILIAC, MORBID CONTENT: Any content that portrays real life corpses of humans and/or animals, crime scenes, violation/defiling of dead bodies/corpses, and the like will not be added to our database.
- HATE, DEFAMATORY PROMOTING CONTENT: Any content found to be racist, homophobic, intolerant, or the like will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not exclusive to themes that promote the denial or removal of people’s civil and human rights.

7.) AFFILIATION, TYPES OF AFFILIATION:

If you would like to be affiliated with the official ©Black Masquerade Resources site (here on tumblr), please e-mail us at blackmasquerade_support@live.com. We only accept affiliations from official sites, and of course tumblr based sites like our own on this tumblr page.
If you want to be affiliated with us on our Roleplayer.me page, simply send us a message via roleplayer.me, and let us know you’d like to be affiliated. **NOTE** Roleplayer affiliations are for roleplayer.me based sites only. If the RP.me based sites have an outside hosted page, or a tumblr based page like our own, please let us know if you’d like to be affiliated on this our tumblr site as well.
DO NOT claim any affiliation to ©Black Masquerade Resources if we have not been prior notified, and we have not accepted said affiliation.
We reserve the right to refuse affiliation with sites we find to be distasteful, such as pornographic sites and such.
